I am now a Ph.D. candidate in Monash Biomedicine Discovery Institute, supervised by Prof. Wei Shi and Dr. David Chisanga.
I received my master degree from Wuhan University (WHU) in 2023,
where I was a member of BIOD (Bioinformatics and Data Mining) Lab and supervised by Prof. Juan Liu.
Before that, I received my bachelor degree from Northwest A&F University (NWAFU) in 2020.
My research interests mainly lie in Deep Learning, Bioinfomatics, Multi-omics Integration, Computational Biology and Medical Image Analysis. I am currently studying on designing integration methods for unpaired spatial multi-omics data.
